Can't say anything negative I've been here 4wks and have seen none of the negatives listed in other reviews. The room is clean, the staff is friendly and very responsive to requests. For the type of hotel, it is reasonable and I will continue to stay as long as I am able. My pet is also quite comfortable.

The rooms are the most nastiest rooms I have ever seen, and they have the nerve to be charging you to stay here with the roaches so many spiders they have spiders flying. They have roach eggs all over nothing but crackheads and prostitutes in the neighborhood walking around, looking into people vehicles trying to see things to steal The refrigerator is so close to the wall you can’t even open it. Nothing in this room is touched at all. They have an old fire systems sitting in the middle of the room. This place should be condemned! I am in town on business and made the reservation online through extended stay website. It had decent reviews on here. So, I gave it a shot. This would be a choice that is sure to haunt me forever. This is a roach motel, ran by people who speak broken English with the exception of the manager. No of them seem to care that there was bugs in the room. I even showed pictures of the roaches and spiders. I had to check out due to the lack of customer service. Now I'm paranoid something may have gotten in my luggage. So, I have to bag it all and fumigate everything. The biggest kick in the face is the new extended stay across the street that look so much better. It's insulting seeing happy travelers while I have bug bites and a new nightmare to deal with. This place should be condemned. Despite the pests, it noisy, dirty, and very old with no upgrades or repairs at all. FYI, the shower has very low water pressure as well. Book this place at your own risk! Don't say I didn't warn you. I'm likely to avoid Extended Stay America all together now. This place is so bad, they cannot claim not to know.

Home away from home The people that work at the front desk are down to earth people that always make me feel like I’m in a judge free environment, and that they care! I highly recommend!! I will stay here as long as aloud

Good Trip My mom and I stayed at this hotel and we enjoyed ourselves. It was a short stay but the staff we really nice and our room was simple and clean. They even have a kitchen area which was cool. I wouldn’t mind staying it this hotel again in the future
