Pretty Good Place is decent! Room was nice and has everything you need for a stay. Doesn’t include room service; only available every three days and it’s quite noisy but tolerable. Includes travel sized soap but I’d recommend to bring your own if staying with more than one person or if staying more than one night!

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE Customer service was absolutely horrible...I was awakened at 4am to someone screaming _ the next morning the place crawling with police and we were forced to stay in our room... the next night we were awakened to blaring music as if someone was throwing a party. We were refused the option to have our room cleaned and was told if you stay they don't have staff to clean rooms. Manager was EXTREMELY rude and refused to speak with us. The online pictures are MISLEADING to say the least. PLEASE do yourself a favor and pass this place by. They are HORRIBLE!!

Horrible Experience We stayed 5 days and was told when you stay extended stay, they DO NOT clean the rooms. The water was not hot. You have to run the shower and sink at the same time for 10 minutes to get hot water per the front desk. We constantly had to request towels and trash pick up and bags. It was crazy. When we asked for a manager she literally refused to speak with us and walked out. BEWARE…

One Night Stay I was on business and needed a night or two stay. Checked in late and left early. They had a breakfast but was really basic stuff. Mostly muffins, apples, and breakfast bars. I tried to add on a night for the same rate and they pushed back. After I said I was checking out, they decided to give me the same rate. For principal I stayed at the other place and won't give them any more of my money.

Not so great After flying from coast-to-coast, I arrived to check in and was greeted with the most ridiculous check-in fiasco ever. The chip on my card was malfunctioning and instead of just typing in my number, the front desk tried the chip 10 times and refused to allow swiping. It's not fun typing in credit card numbers, but, c'mon, it's not _that_ hard. Sheer laziness. And why would you not allow swiping. Giant fiasco and I had to call my credit card company and order a new card. The clerk could've typed in my number in 30 seconds and I could've been on my way to get much-needed rest. The bed was comfortable and the room had been renovated and was clean inside. But... also... 1. The business center was locked and I was too scared to ask to use a printer there. 2. The breakfast was a joke. No hot food of any value. Total discrimination against people who don't drink coffee. 3. The room was cramped and I had to move the desk chair to get around all the time. 4. Check out was a fiasco too. The lobby was locked and I had to use some weird phone. Never experienced a hotel with a lobby that wasn't 24 hours. 5. It takes 45 minutes to walk to anything resembling urban life. Just don't rent there nor think it's going to be okay.
