Very overpriced except for the few open restaurants Room had cool to lukewarm hot water for 3 of 5 days stay. Very dated room--faded gold wallpaper and furniture from the 90s or zeros. No USB ports. No microwave. No refrigerator. Balcony is so small it's just a glorified suicide ledge overlooking most of the pool and dirty atrium windows with bird schmear also present $30 bux additional each day for parking at the hotel you're staying in. Fine food and Steakhouse closed TFN. Daytime restaurant closed. Sushi restaurant not open on Sun. USB adapter $38 at gift shop and standard USB cable $36. Eggs, bacon, sausage, pancake breakfast $24. Menu at the one 30 person seat grill got tiring after 3 days. Public areas had carpet, signage, attractive look while room blocks seem badly outdated. PROS: Excellent food and presentation on the dishes I ate including Steak Frites 8 oz; Teriyaki Tofu; Grilled Mahi Mahi, House salad, as well as Margaritas, Manhattans, and beer on tap. Onsite UPS for people who need that daily is a lifesaver. Loved the servers, bartenders, and bus people. Elegant and so friendly --every one whom I met did a fantastic. I stayed there because my co workers insisted and, while not horrible at all, the stay was disappointingly short on value. The room rate was 277 a night plus $30 parking made it over the top of $300 a night pricing for the room alone. Price/value equation just isn't there. Adjusted to other hotel services it should be no more than $180 a night Sun-Thurs.

What a disaster of a hotel This place is embarrassingly bad. Hilton should be ashamed to have their brand on this dump of a hotel. Repeating what others have said, once you go beyond the lobby, the hotel is falling apart. Rooms have not been decorated since the 1990s, and perhaps beforehand. Wallpaper falling off the walls, carpet that is stained beyond recognition, ants, cockroaches, musty smells, and just run down. None of this is the fault of any of the helpful employees. This situation is simply the ownership group trying to extract every last dollar out of the property before they have their Doubletree flag revoked by Hilton. That can't happen fast enough.

Deserves to be shut down ; beware of room 370 Wish I can give them no stars. We checked into 370 for 2 nights and it was musty, linen smelled. Headboard fell on us, but worst of all, there was human urine and feeces in the shower gel. They moved us from room, never changed them just gave us new bottles. but I can’t get the rancid smell I experienced outta my head. Oh and our AC was broken, never fixed.

Cold showers across multiple rooms I’ve stayed here many times, probably 10-20, but I won’t be back. It really is badly in need of renovations. I was given a room on the first floor at the very edge of the building. I noticed when I showered the next morning that the water temperature was barely tolerably warm enough when set on its hottest setting, and one of the two sinks barely drained. I reported this and was told it would be fixed, but the drainage was just as bad that evening. I thought the issue with the shower was a mechanism, as some showers have, which separates water flow and temperature into two different knobs, and the one I thought was temperature was moving freely. They sent the engineer, who said he couldn’t really fix the drain with me in the room, and said the shower mechanism was stripped, so I asked to change rooms. I was given a nearly identical room 4 floors higher. It drained, but the shower mechanism was identical to the other room. I called and they sent the same engineer. This time he said the “stripped” knob was unimportant! He turned on the water and demonstrated it got pretty hot. Great, except… for the next 3 days, the shower was equally tepid. I thought maybe they were running out of hot water, but when I checked out and showered at 330am, it was no better. I can’t explain why it was hot coming out of the tub faucet and barely warm coming out of the shower. I also noticed my first room had no microwave, fridge, or luggage stand, while the one they moved me to had all three. Why? There are a great many hotels in that area. I’m striking this one off my list.

Dissapointed stay No bottle of water in the room, no fridge, and the gate parking you have to pay $30.00 each day, The guest has no parking for him . I thought that the ownership was different before and did not understand the American culture of hospitality and caring I paid more than $500.00 in 2 nights which I never experienced like that in my whole life in the USA, First time I was disappointed then given this hotel 1* which I never did before. Please owner or manager better take care of this issue sooner!!!
