Everything is alright, but breakfast wasn't good We are satisfied for the room we got even though the hotel was quite full at the day so no upgrade for diamond member. We also like the services provided - including the nearby spots to visit and facilities introduction from the front desk. The room was cool as expected and all other things are quite good as there are free games. However, the only one thing that could be improved would be the breakfast. It was okay but a little bit overpriced.

Overpriced and Hyped I went in very excited to try the hotel. It looks cool and that is where it stopped. The gym was not open, was not told after reservation was made. I am a Hilton Gold and they charged an extra 50 for a deposit. I have NEVER had this done at any other Hilton. This was one of the most expensive hotels we stayed at 4 during seven days. I do not believe that I will be back.

Great hotel We’ve had a nice time each time we have stayed. Clean rooms with kind and courteous staff. Leroys is a little short staffed it seems but we have always loved the fron staff and housekeeping. Rooms are cute and great for couples or families

Great staff, otherwise lacking Staff was super friendly and really helpful. Location worked for me but it is on the edge of SLO so near Cal Poly vs. downtown/mission. As to the hotel itself, the lobby and restaurant areas are nice although I sadly only experienced the restaurant in limited capacity due to COVID and how they have appropriately and safely adjusted. They did the best they can in light of the pandemic and the staff handled things incredibly well and with grace and courtesy. The rooms, however, are where we spend our most time and this was hit or miss. The miss was that I listened to the people in the room above me every time they walked or moved in their room, and worse, I heard them in the bathroom peeing on a couple occasions. The lack of soundproofing would have me wanting to be on the top floor only as it was very obnoxious when trying to go to sleep or being woken by the noise, and I don’t need to hear the person in another room when going to the bathroom! The “Starbuck’s” coffee maker should not be mistaken for a quality or high-end actual branded machine, but as a simple and cheap coffee maker. The bed was comfortable and had nice linens and good pillows. WiFi was horrible to the extent that Speedtest showed 4mbps for download speed and I could not load a single website as they all failed, nor could I retrieve email! Switching to my mobile hot spot with a single bar of connectivity got me better coverage by 1000%. The insane amount of wasted water and length of time it took to get hot water to come through should be cause for a fine. I could have filled the tub at least once if not twice while waiting for the water to get hot enough for a shower. And lastly, the tToilet paper is like sandpaper and not remotely as nice as it should be for a hotel at $200+ per night! Isn’t it always the little things that add up to how something is remembered? With that the case, I’ll choose a different location next time since there were too many little things that overall ruined what could be a nice hotel.
