Would not stay again I am normally not overly picky when it comes to hotels, but I would not stay here again. Reserved two queen rooms, requested adjoining and if not, at least next to each other as I was traveling with 5 teenage boys for a camp. Arrived at the hotel at 8pm to be told they were double/over booked so one room had to be a king. They were not adjoining, nor next to each other. The sofabed in the king room smelled so bad of urine that I almost gagged when I opened it up. The bathroom is in serious need of repair, the carpet is gross and sticky. All 5 boys had to sleep in the queen room which was tight. They “compensated” me at check in for the unavailability of the rooms we booked, by giving me the king room rate of $20 less. I was told they can’t do anything about the reservation system as “they allow the central reservation system to overbook rooms.” What??? Meanwhile my husband had booked this room and as the front desk was telling me there were not two queen rooms available as we had booked, he was on the phone with a woman who told him, no there are two available. I said this to the front desk male who said, you see me standing here talking to you, there is no woman here. I called the front desk later that evening after opening the sofabed and was told I could call back and talk to a manger between 10-2 the next day. Anxiously waiting to hear what he/she has to say. Really quite unacceptable. Additionally we tried to use the laundry facilities. Small with just two washers and two dryers. Only takes quarters as expected but no change machine and front desk had zero change. Breakfast left a bit to be desired. Very small and not well prepared for the amount of people. Location was good for what we needed. Right next door to a Walgreens and next to that is an Einstein Bagels…both walkable. Area seemed nice and safe but once we got to the hotel, we didn’t leave until checkout. Beds were ok but nothing great.

"Almost" there - but needs to focus on more thorough deep cleaning. Booked in here for a few days earlier this month for a business trip. I've stayed at Hilton properties quite a bit over my career, and it's rare that I've had to leave less than a four-star review. The positives: Front desk staff was nice; the young lady who checked me in was lovely. Parking was ample and spaces are wide which is nice. Rooms are spacious and the refrigerator/freezer, microwave, etc. are nice to have - I would have loved that if it were a longer stay. Now for the downside: 1. One elevator was broken during the stay; the other elevator was very busy, as a result between guests coming and going and housekeeping/maintenance. Several minute wait during peak in/out times. Hopefully that got fixed. 2. The hallways on my floor smelled - they looked clean, but there was a distinct odor that smelled musty, like wet dog & cigarettes - almost like the carpets needed a really good deep steam-cleaning & deodorizing. 3. When I opened the door to my room each day, there was an overwhelming odor of a deodorizer. That always makes me question cleanliness. Nothing major wrong in the room but a few things that were definitely "misses" from a cleaning standpoint. In the bathroom, splashes of things on the wallpaper around the sink - at eye level and higher. Smudges/splashes all around the "frame" on the mirror - these were obvious and it is hard to believe this was missed at the last room turnover. Maybe the housekeeping staff cannot reach them to clean them, but both needed to be addressed. And the switchplate for the light/outlet in the bathroom was nasty - I ended up using the sanitizing wipe for the TV remote (nice touch!), to clean that. There were also sticky spots on some of the surfaces (e.g. the nightstand by the bed - ended up using a washcloth to wipe everything down where something had been spilled by a prior guest). Aside from that, the bed linens, duvet, and carpets were all very clean; the room was quiet, and I slept well. 4. Breakfast - Pre-made 'breakfast bowls" sealed in plastic - I skipped those because there's no signage or indication of what's in them and they didn't look very appetizing. I opted for a breakfast sandwich - again, no signage or indication of what each 'selection' was. Obviously an english muffin, with sausage on it; it did have a slice of cheese but no egg. Taste was ok. The remaining choices were cereal, fruit, and waffle if you wanted to make your own; some pieces of fruit, and a fountain with orange juice and flavored "water". It is breakfast, but choices are very basic - and they need to make that clear when advertising "free breakfast". Otherwise, the hotel was ok; I get it - this is an "economy" hotel and it was quiet and spacious, but just missed the mark. Cleanliness is a very important piece of hospitality management - and in today's economy, good resources are hard to come by in the service industry.

Poor service!! Stayed here for the week of Thanksgiving with my children and grandchildren. The young men at the desk are nice enough. We requested the rooms be cleaned after the second night. When we returned from a full day away, nothing had been done. Tomorrow is Thanksgiving so you know nothing will be done!! This hotel has the worst coffee and the absolute worst breakfast. Hilton needs to do a better job if they want our continued business.
