TOP NOTCH This Sleep Inn is wonderful! The room was lovely! Bed was comfortable and very clean! Went to dinner and came back and they had oatmeal raisin cookies! Room was quiet. This place is right up there with the expensive hotels for only a fraction of the cost! I will stay there again if given the opportunity!!

Good for a night We needed a 1 nt. stay on the way to SC. We've had poor luck in Fayetteville and can't seem to find a place that is reasonably priced, well located, clean and safe. This spot was as close as we've come. It was not hard to find with lots of safe parking. The hotel and grounds were relatively clean; the hall carpets needed a good vacuuming. Our room was quiet and comfy, but again, needed a more thorough cleaning. There was a big chunk of a pretzel rod under the desk; staff to lazy to reach back to the wall and grab it and we found a pair of cheap sunglasses on the floor next to the desk. If these are missed, you know they are not cleaning well in these rooms! The bathroom appeared clean. The tub was faded/worn in spots and the silver backing was coming off the bathroom mirror..just looking a bit shabby in there. The TV and wifi were fine and any staff we spoke to were polite and nice. The breakfast was a little better than average. Our total rate was 128. The cheapest price was on a booking platform vs the brand website. Overall, it was fine for 1 night. I think they need to spruce up a bit and clean. I give it almost a very good!

Comfort and cleanliness at low rates Excellent value, immaculate rooms, low rates, comfortable beds. Hotel has large bathrooms with plenty of counter space. Walk in shower is huge. King sized beds are comfortable. For the price, the Sleep Inn is outstanding value. Much cleaner and better kept than many hotels twice the price. My only complaint is that doors should close slowly and not bang. This stopped by 10:00 PM. I will stay at this Sleep Inn when I visit Smithfield once a year.

Safe, clean stopover in NC Great stopover from Florida to NJ The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The room is large with a refrigerator and microwave. The room is very clean. Breakfast is included which has a small sampling of items. Good for someone who is not looking for a big breakfast. The only negative is the staff. They all look and appear unhappy, as if they hate their job The desk clerk barely acknowledged us. She rattled off something about where our room was and breakfast. The woman at the breakfast area was unfriendly as well. If you hate your job, why are you working in hospitality? A simple smile goes a long way.

Great stay Perfect for a night! It’s right across a plaza as well, so we walked to this great Mexican restaurant called San Marco for dinner. The staff at the hotel was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The breakfast was also good.
