Lucky Man This La Quinta is a really nice property. This was my first stay here. Easy access off Interstate-44. It has an airport shuttle, friendly staff, and well-maintained rooms. There was also a nice included breakfast. Overall, this a real value and will stay again.

Wonderful Place to Stay! Our room was spotless which is my #1 priority when staying anywhere. The room was also comfortable and aesthetically pleasing. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of fluffy pillows. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they took time to engage with my two small grand sons who had lots of questions. We had a great experience. This will be our go to hotel any time we visit family in Springfield.

Good hotel, mediocre breakfast Great hotel except the breakfast left a little to be desired. Check in and check out were fast. The shuttle service to the airport was fast and professional. The lady who picked us up after our flight was very nice as was the man who dropped us off. Orange juice was watered down; coffee ran out before breakfast was over. The menu items could have had a little more variety.

Amazing place!! Cannot say enough good about this place. Very accommodating! Amazing staff! Everything clean as can be! We mentioned a smell in our room and it was taken care of immediately. Breakfast was good! Would go back again. Beautiful decor. Even loaned us s phone charger to use overnight!.

AWFUL Stay! Absolute worst stay ever!!!!! If I could give negative stars I would. Arrived after long day of travel. After cleaning up I got into bed n realized my bed was soaked with what I believe was urine. Of course I called the front desk. They moved me to another room. Told me they would let morning manager know. When I checked out I said yes I’m the one with the awful night. She said yes I heard. Didn’t offer an apology or discount or anything. I asked if they would at least discount the room for the awful experience. She said well it looks like you had an online discount. Are you kidding me?!!!! Oh and still no apology. I was furious. I emailed twice after checking out n no response. Disgusted with the experience and their non responsiveness!!!! Would never stay here!
