Alex the Great! I have not stayed at this particular location but I stopped by to inquired about availability and day use. When I walked in, I was greeted with a smile by Alex. He explained that they did not do day use but proceed to tell my about some other hotels that might. He also called a hotel for me. He also told me about the Hilton app and gave me a cookie. He had top notch customer service and I appreciated him going the extra mile.

Not staying here again! Not staying here again. Guy at the front counter was super aggravated and rude. He was fighting with the computer system for a good 5 minutes while ignoring me, and then finally looks up with a nasty attitude and takes his frustration out on me. I travel a lot for business and have never had anyone at any hotel I’ve stayed at act like this. Also, you have to park in a parking garage. The garage has signs showing you where to walk to get to the hotel entrance. Once you wind through the maze and find the door, there are signs saying the door is out of order and you have to walk all the way around front. If they just put signs redirecting you to walk back where you drove in, you would be right at the front door with a super short walk. Super easy 5 minute fix to help almost every customer staying there, but no one put in the effort. Clearly, there is a management problem at this location. Signed, concerned Honors Diamond Member

Check the room for BUGS!!!! THEY ARE THERE We checked in late on the 8th only to discover that the room had BUGS in it. even covered one under the cup in the room for them to see, went to the front desk and was moved to a new room and informed someone from upper mgmt would could to follow up; upon checking out stopped back @ front desk that next morning and spoke with the mgr lady who said she did not know anything about it but would make a note and upper mgmt would likely call. WELL, that was actually UNLIKELY because it is now July and guess what! I have not heard from ANYONE from HILTON! So, if you stay here, stay at your own risk and beware; inspect the room upon arrival, and periodically throughout the night to make sure nothing is crawling up trying to get you!!!!! This is my first bad experience w/Hilton and unfortunately they didn't even acknowledge the situation so it is likely they did not even treat the original room that the BUGS live in!!!! If I could give a negative review, I definitely would!!! Very poor service HILTON! -5stars

Stay somewhere else! I chose this hotel since it’s attached to Barnes-Jewish Hospital. Upon check-in I was told that they have a parking garage but unfortunately no entrance from the garage to the hotel so I would need to park and walk out and back in through the main entrance. They advise you to park on the lower levels _. I got to my room and it didn’t look too bad. The place is definitely in need of repairs with wallpaper peeling in the restroom and outdated carpets. The next day I spent 12 hours at the hospital and upon returning to my room after 9 p.m. was disappointed to find that it had not been cleaned nor restocked with more coffee and clean towels. I was too exhausted to call and wait for anything to be sent up. The next morning when I went down to check out it was pouring rain outside. I asked if there was really no way to get to the parking garage without going out in the storm? The lady pointed me to a door in the lobby and told me to go through it and turn left at the end of the hall to get to the garage. Why was I told during check in that there was no way in other than the street entrance? If you are out front at night you are guaranteed to be hit up by beggers. This happened multiple times and I saw zero security to help with that situation. Even a homeless person sleeping on the sidewalk just past the drive up for the hotel entrance. My advice would be to find another hotel nearby and use a ride service if you need to be near this hospital. It’s really a shame the Hilton name is attached to this place. I expect better from their brand.

Comfortable oasis Like the majority of the guests, we were in town for the surgery of a family member. This hotel is literally integrated into the medical campus by way of a connected elevated walkway that begins in the hotel and continues all the way through the hospital campus to the main hospital building. Rooms are recently refreshed (new carpets, furniture) and very comfortable. The cooling system was adjustable down to a very cool setting (something you don't always get in every hotel). Parking onsite is convenient, and separate from the hospital parking, which always seems to be scarce, so you don't have to worry about finding a spot (and you have in/out). All in all, a very nice hotel.
