Business trip? Do not stay here. The front desk did not seem to know what they were doing. I had my card charged and refunded on 6 separate transactions over a 10 day period and I had to call to fix something on 3 different occasions. It was a nightmare. Each time I called they told me that the problem was fixed. I had to wait over 2 weeks for the reimbursements to hit my account. If you are travelling and using a business card of any kind, I would highly recommend that you choose a different hotel. The company is still trying to figure out what the hotel did and approve the transaction. It has now been a month.

No consideration for Diamond members I understand the hotel is full the previous night I called Inn Resv at 11:40 AM they have arrival Was told they were full previous night I ask a possibility to get checked in earlier Personal phone pulled up my reservation Saw that I was a loyal customer and a diamond member Told me to arrive around 2 o'clock they should be able to get me checked in I get to the hotel at about 2:35 PM I walked to the desk young lady comes over Stated that I could not check in until 3 PM Do you mind checking my reservation? Definitively said no So I assume now that this property no longer cares about our loyal customers and Diamond members If she had taken my name and looked up the reservation Then told me would be close to 3 o'clock She just defensively, said no, and would not look at my reservation That is horrible Customer Service

DISGUSTING Disgusting! The other reviews are right, staff is friendly but the property is tired & dirty. Not at all what one would expect from a Hilton Garden Inn. Bed felt like it had a horsehair mattress, sink was stopped up, don't even think about touching the remote, phone didn't work to call the front desk and I could go on and on.

Location is the best feature, the staff are helpful but the rest needs improvement! We stayed here for a graduation and the location was centrally located and convenient to our plans for the time we were in Tallahassee. Our initial impression was not great; the digital key didn’t work and even after getting a physical key card the door was still temperamental. Fortunately, one morning, when attempting to access the room, a staff member was in the hall, and they suggested lifting the handle not down; it opens every time. We had a suite so there was a living area and a bedroom, the coffee table in the living area was very sticky and when a newspaper was placed there the newspaper stuck and had to be ripped from the table. The suite had two small televisions, and I would estimate they were both about 32”. The microwave in the room was equally miniscule and when attempting to pop popcorn it burnt because the bag could not rotate inside. The air-conditioning kept the room comfortable, but the ceiling showed dust particles in a trail from the vents in the living area and the bedroom. The pool was closed for the entirety of our stay as well. The living area also had a ceiling fan, which isn’t common in hotels but is nice to have in a Florida hotel. I wished there was a fan in the bedroom as well. The staff was friendly and helpful although I was puzzled when I requested additional water bottles on our second day and the staff member at the front desk informed me that the complementary water is only available upon arrival and subsequent bottles of water would need to be purchased. I did use the WIFI for work when I was there; I didn’t notice latency and I didn’t lose my connection when working and we didn’t notice any issues when streaming video to our devices, so it was sufficient for our needs. I would add that the ethernet connection at the desk did not work. The bed was comfortable, and the pillows were standard-sized and worked as expected. If you are coming to sleep, this might be all you are worried about. Overall, I would give the hotel a 3 out of 5 stars. The location made up for some of the disappointments of the hotel.

Not worth the money Staff was friendly and helpful but room was subpar . It had a stale and musty smell and furniture looked well worn . The bar was pretty but bartender was out of her league at making drinks . Took forever and was unprepared with no mixer or fruit . Restaurants looked nice but menu was ridiculous with about 3 options for dinner. We paid the higher price for the room thinking we would get better amenities. Even a continental breakfast . Very disappointed
