Terrible, rude, unsafe LONG REVIEW BUT IMPORTANT***When I originally arrived with my son, we checked in and there was great hospitality! However, when we checked into room 107 we checked through out the room and what we found was: broken TV, and over head light was out completely. I was about to change when my son happened to be checking out the door and noticed the peep hole was backwards!!!! Its a good thing I didn't change my clothes!! Also, my son looked in the fridge and there was breastmilk in it!! Clearly the room was not properly cleaned. After all of those things were found, we brought it to their attention-- especially the peep hole-- and they brushed it off!! They just moved us to a different room. The next morning when my son went to take a shower in our new room there was no water pressure and when we brought that to their attention, the lady at the front desk went around the corner and told someone, then came back and told us we were complaining. Then said "let's go check the room". We followed her to the room and when we got there, there was a man with tools exiting the bathroom out of the back door of the room. The lady then tried to gaslight us into thinking the shower worked the whole time!! Even when we had video of it not working earlier!! She then told me that I was doing nothing but complaining about both rooms and that after today my son and I were not welcome back to the establishment any longer. I asked, understandably, for at least a partial refund and at first they denied, but I insisted. They told me that they could do nothing for me there and that I needed to call a number that I'd have to look up on the website. So, I looked it up, and called the number and spoke to a very rude man who listened to me explain my concerns and I wasnt even through, when he just hung up. I gave it some time and called back 4½ hours later to check in on the progress of things, and he said "he's working on it". So then HE called 2 hour later and said " you will be getting a 25% refund of $35" then proceeded to hang up, without any agreement or finalization. Out of curiosity I checked my bank account and found a CHARGE of $35 instead of a REFUND of $35 as promised. I called back, explained the situation and was immediately told I was wrong and didn't know what I was talking about. He said "I will call you back" then proceeded to hang up on me once again. 2 hours later he called and stated that he sent a receipt proving that he issued a refund. It was a typed up document that made zero sense. I told him I could provide proof that money was withdrawn from my account but he declined and instead resorted to mentioning his country and lifestyle and calling me racist. I adamantly replied that this has absolutely nothing to do with their country or anything of the sort!! He also told me he "didn't need any of my money---not even a dollar." He told me that I did not understand the way money works. At this point I completely changed my tune and asked for a FULL refund of $139.00. I advised him that I expected the FULL refund in the next 3 days or I would consider the possibility of a civil suit. (***remember- there was a backwards peep hole , and breast milk in the fridge, which means there were children in the room before us***) The man seemed unphased and said he is a simple man from a small country and he can handle anything, then hung up AGAIN. So now we wait 3 days. And we cross our fingers for a refund. I reported the backwards peephole to the police. They are aware. And I'm going to the BBB next. Over all--DO NOT GO HERE, safety is lacking. And you could be called racist and belittled, and told you are not welcome back if you make a complaint about your room. (Also the rooms are not as shown in the pictures online.)

disturbing to say the least Stayed here last minute after NASCAR. No wonder hotel was the only hotel that still had availability within an hour radius from the event. I get there to check in and wait around for 15 minutes for someone to come to the front desk. Nothing. The owner then approaches me, asks if I’m checking out to which I let him know I’m checking in and asked if he worked there. He said no (twice) and promptly walked into an employees only door down the hall, lol. Waited around for another 10 minutes, called 3 times and finally decided to give up. I got back in my car and said owner was STARING at me through the entrance door for 5 straight minutes. Not only was he rude but straight up creepy I kept waving and he stood there, staring, no emotion. Seriously gave me the creeps as a young woman, I had to have two males escort me to the room later on in the night. Also, the place is downright nasty. I was in an out of there real quick.

Not worth the price they charge The only good thing about this hotel is the young lady that checked us in on Friday September 29, 2023 was very nice and she was extremely polite. Check out was extremely different, there was no one behind the counter and a man sitting in the lobby talking on the phone snapped and yelled at my wife to just leave the key on the counter. The room was hard to get into the door was swollen up top, the floors where clean, the furniture is outdated and the mattresses are past their shelf life along with the pillows. One of the beds had someone’s HAIRS ON THE SHEET along with something else (not sure what it was some little black things). The door that went out onto the balcony would open. There was what appeared to be coffee stains on the bathroom wall and the shower head was built up with a lot off crud and deposits so we didn’t take a shower there. The grout work in the bathroom and in floor is all falling apart. The finish work on the tiles throughout the room and bathroom is extremely poor. Did The in room coffee is horrible and only decaffeinated. The pool was not open and the overall outside appearance is run down. We did not try there so called breakfast because we where unable to take a shower due to cleanliness of the shower head. If you are going to charge similar rates to Boston then you need to step up the quality of your hotel. We paid way to much for the quality we received.

FILTHY AND UNSAFE, SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN BY THE BOARD OF HEALTH DO NOT STAY HERE! Filthy, disgusting, unsanitary, unsafe. Bathrooms are gross and uncleaned, room still had the previous occupant’s disheveled linens on the bed, which looked like a muddy dog had rolled in them. Other rooms were propped open with the safety locks, with evidence of belongings and drink containers, making me wonder if homeless people, prostitutes, or drug dealers stay here regularly. It otherwise looks abandoned, and good luck getting a refund from the owners. There is no working pool and hot tub as they continue to advertise, long after those areas have been hoarded out with the owners’ boxes and trash. This place should be condemned.

Last resort This was like a throw back to the movie The Shining, but in the bad ways only. It is clear that this is a property no one cares about. Everything is dated, broken, or dirty. Third world accommodations for resort price. There's a reason they still had availability when everything else was booked solid. In the room the TV barely worked, had window ACs since the hvac didn't seem to work, door to the balcony did not open, shower had crud on the shower head and soap scum on it. I certainly was not touching the free breakfast served in what felt like an old basement.
