Clean! We spent the night here the night before we visited the sequoia trees. It was close enough for reasonable drive the next morning but yet still far enough that it was reasonably priced. We enjoyed our stay. Nice clean room. Nice fitness center. Good breakfast!

Understaffed Or Mismanaged something’s not right This was an ok Holiday Inn and Suites. We have been on a cross country family trip for the last month staying at mostly Holiday Inn Express Suites and this was our least favorite. They are very understaffed or mismanaged I am not sure which. The front desk attendant was also the person who handled breakfast which meant we didn’t have food often. It is a busy hotel that requires a full time breakfast attendant. We were there a full week so this was not just a one time thing. The pool was green the whole time we were there. I wouldn’t let my family swim in it because if they didn’t have people to staff the breakfast and the desk who was keeping the pool chemicals at correct levels? There is also a homeless encampment behind the hotel. Not the hotels fault and there is security for the mall area that the hotel backs up to but I am mentioning it as it was noticed daily. Our beds were way too soft at this location and for some reason when they remodeled they did not put an ice machine on the first floor which was just annoying. All in all it was just not a great hotel but it was clean and we didn’t leave. Staff was friendly enough when you could find them. Lots of “away from desk right now” signs so you would see lines of people at the desk. Our biggest complaint was the lack of food at breakfast which almost lead to fights/arguments in the breakfast area in the morning.

Unsafe and Sorry We looked for a quiet and comfortable room with a good breakfast . We got a comfortable room with a clogged toilet (next morning ). The breakfast was plentiful but cold(no attendant present). The security was terrible with a lit front parking lot and cameras. Our vehicle was parked out front in the brightness of flood lights. Our expensive bikes were stolen from the secure rear vehicle during the night. One should ask the desk clerk if they have had any problems with theft. We were promised that a video film would be sent to our email address for insurance purposes. We got nothing after waiting two weeks. We guess that Manager Patel was reluctant to send us anything that would suggest an unsafe situation. Note to the wise- lookup the reviews such as TripAdvisor for important information- It could save you money and frustration. Safety is one important concern that travelers look for in a hotel.

Not the best Stopped here as a family pit stop on a road trip and it was frightening. The hotel looks like a remodel was slapped on it but it’s not well kept. Pool was green, birds living in the awnings of each room, rooms were sorta clean but not really. I will stay the staff were all really really nice but the property was by far the worst Holiday inn I’ve ever stayed at.

Nice stay This was a very nice hotel with friendly staff. The hotel does show some age and some of the carpets and facilities. But the room was large, clean and comfortable. I use the exercise room and it was adequately equipped. The bed was comfortable. The only downside to this hotel that we found in the reason I didn’t give it five was the road noise. If you have an option, the backside of the hotel probably would’ve been better, but there is significant road noise from the highway that goes in front of the hotel but I am going to stay there again.
