Quiet, Comfortable, Clean This was one of the best 3-star hotels I've ever stayed at. The staff were extremely upbeat, friendly, and helpful. Everything was sparkling clean. My king suite was perfectly quiet all night. Breakfast was decent and was ready by 6 am, which I appreciated because I had to get an early start.

Great stay Nice and clean hotel located close to the freeway exit. Rooms are of big size and super friendly staff. Good continental breakfast. Plenty of parking space for car and big vehicles. Location is in close proximity of mall and restaurants. Will be back when visit the area.

Promise not kept The room was very nice; clean, quiet, comfortable. When I asked if the hot tub was working at check-in, I was told the pump was out, but it was still hot. NOT! You can't soak sore muscles in cold water and I don't like being lied to. Breakfast was typical Choice fare, but the eggs were getting rubbery. May have to start calling ahead to verify amenities before reserving.

Clean Comfortable Cool Clean spacious reasonably priced hotel with a standard free breakfast (waffle maker, egg, sausage, yogurt, cereal, juice, bagels, coffee, etc). Like they provided makeup wipes. I couldn’t get the heat adjusted to my liking. There’s a small fitness area (a treadmill, yoga mat, flex machine?). The treadmill didn’t work when I was there. Small indoor pool. Washer and dryer. Last minute booking. Would stay again.

This is a place that doesnt have sympothy and isnt trustworthy. If you are planning to stay here bring cleaning supplies and your own bedding: blanket, sheet, and pillows, as well as a vacuum. have someone help you up to your room and make sure it is of decent statue. A manager today when I called was very rude and laughed at me after stating I am disabled. she said that her employees Never make mistakes and that they are a perfect hotel. The manager would not give me her name and said that she did not want to be slandered (aka she didn't want to be held accountable for her demeanor toward a nice disabled person) and that was not my intention she goes to say that I would post a bad yelp review anyways (so here I am doing as she said because of her rude demeanor) and that she doesn't care if I post one or not. the problem with my room consisted of blood on my bed and a dirty floor. she told me that I must have cut myself shaving and that I was the one that caused the stain in an effort for a refund. I am a very fair person and if I were approved for a partial refund I would have been happy as I spent a whole 3 hours with my luggage in there while I went out to eat. we came back after dinner and pulled the sheet back and I was disgusted and felt like I couldn't trust another room as mine could have had a disease laying in the bed they had ready for me. the manager also told me that her employees don't lie and implied that I am a liar and that she contacted the employees and the manager that approved the refund the night before. she went on to say that my mom was harassing her because my mom booked the hotel and wanted to speak with her herself as it was in her name. The customer service here is typical in this lower standard of living in Fairfield as we live in Sonoma. (don't mean to brag but the hotels here are a lot better at providing accommodations.) when I asked the time of check out she stated that they didn't check us out until the next day even though we left 3 hours after checking in. I've never had someone laugh at me for being mentally ill in a call with a manager that's supposed to represent the company and is the face of the hotel. I am taking this up with corporate and I am very disappointed in the low efforts they had to resolve this issue. I would be totally understanding if we were not offered a refund and that the only accommodation they could provide was another room but we were promised a full refund and that's what I expect. The time I called today was at 1 pm 3/2/23 and then my mom called not knowing I was trying to get to the bottom of this shortly after. I feel that this is taking way too much time for them to make an accommodation and it's taking energy that it doesn't have to. someone higher up needs to contact this manager and create an investigation.
