Downtown Location gives you a great feel of the city! Great location, we stayed here because it is close to family that lives in Vancouver. Granville is a central location, with a vibrant night life, somedays until 4 am! Steps from restaurants transit. A short walk to the False Creek and English Bay. A short walk to many breakfast places as well as Breka 24 hour bakery. The suite was very clean, with great beds and windows and a balcony. We used the underground parking, which is pricy but it's downtown.

This room was a bad apple I dropped an earring on the floor in the bedroom. Bad move. While looking for it I encountered food scraps, fingernail clippings, and enough lint to knit a small garment. The bathroom door was so sticky our youngest child needed help wrenching it open and closed. Doing so was noisy enough to wake half the family. For a room that cost $600 a night, I would expect decent cleanliness and functionality. Also a coffee pot. What kind of sinister place doesn’t offer that?

Uncle Buck made it great! I love love love this hotel. The rooms are big, the pullout couch is the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on, the main bed was comfy too and the water pressure in the shower is good. But- the best things about this place are the PEOPLE! Everyone we met was unfailingly nice, polite, helpful and generally went above and beyond. Special shoutout to Melvin who was so cheerful and EFFICIENT serving breakfast in the morning ( the food here is terrific - way better than the usual Best Western fare)we are going to miss Melvin. Lastly my favorite the night manager Bruce- aka Uncle Buck who solved all our problems and was hilarious all the while. ( he used to be a stand- up comedian) it was such a treat to return tired to our hotel at night and Bruce was there smiling with a funny line. I would definitely stay here again.
