Safe and sound. New owners of the hotel so in the remodeling stages. Room was comfy, quiet and breakfast was good! Coffee hit the spot. I like the location of this hotel and the nearby easy access to the turnpike. I will book a room here again! I look forward to the upgrades coming with the remodeling.

Worst experience This was the worst Hampton we’ve ever stayed at. Their ceiling is caving in, breakfast was terrible, our toilet wouldn’t flush unless we took the lid off to fill the toilet and we had no hot water at night. We weren’t notified that the pool wasn’t heated or room temperature it was ice cold so nobody could swim. Hot-tub was down and we weren’t notified either.

Mixed bag for one night This hotel was a mixed bag for me. I'm a long time Hilton Honors member and yet I couldn't pick my room ahead of time like every other stay. So when I arrived, I waited at the desk and there was obviously a problem with some guests and I waited a good 10 minutes to be helped since there was only 1 person working. I got a room that met my needs and the room itself was fine, no complaints. However, we noticed the breakfast area was very small and the hotel was packed. In the morning, I was very disappointed to see the breakfast lacked more than 1 cereal choice (corn flakes), no yogurt, and no fresh fruit of any kind. As someone who stays at Hamptons regularly this was not a good situation. Yes I did find something to eat but I feel like given the number of guests there was ample time to supply accordingly. I was glad I only stayed one night and I'm not likely to return on my next trip to the city. I had previously stayed at a hotel next door but tried this Hampton to save a bit of money.

Dingy, needs updated Carpet in hallways pulling up and wrinkled posing a fall hazard. Bathroom was not clean. Dark and dingy, would not recommend. Front desk staff was friendly. Way overpriced for what you stay in, have stayed in other updated hotels for cheaper

Doesn’t meet usual Hampton standards. A basic three stars. We have been loyal Hampton customers for over 20 years. This room was the smallest I have ever stayed in. They still have some smoking rooms! I thought those disappeared in the last century. There was no mini fridge or microwave. The shower looked like it needed a face lift. The breakfast cereal choices were Fruit Loops and Frosted Flakes. Sugar and more sugar. How about just some Cheerios or Raisin Bran? The coffee choices were decaf and dark roast…not regular roast. Just all in all, this Hampton needs refurbishing, and the breakfast needs to be upgraded. Did not meet our expectations.
