Club Wyndham Patriots’ Place

Freedom in April Great packeage hope to receive one of them again. Will never forget the great ambition the front desk had to check me in. Courteous and enthusiastic.

Exceeded Expectations! Far exceeded my expectations. I had stayed in several Wyndham's with the "hard sell" to get you into the presentation. Saw that mentioned in many reviews here so had avoided staying here. I ended up without options so stayed in May. The young man that was at the Concierge stand the night of March 16th was very pleasant and agreeable. He didn't give me a hard time and that was the best impression EVER to start my week. I was impressed by the renovated condo. Though they got cheap on using old lamps in the bedroom. The outlets cut off when you turn off the lamp so are useless for charging your devices near the bed. The heated pool was a big plus. The dual bathroom with tub and vanity in one area, shower, w/d, vanity, and toilet in another room is a HUGE plus! Check in staff was friendly and helpful. I'm coming back in May, so you SOLD me by not pushing a sales presentation on me.

Staying at Club Wyndham Patriot Place Hi, It was our first visit to Virgina which is a beautiful state. The roads are well maintained and easy to navigate. The perks of Club Wyndham Patriots Place: Great central location Well maintained inside/outside The one bedroom suite was very spacious and decently clean with new furnishings. Kitchen is well equipped. Two bathrooms (minus one toilet in the second) made getting around easy. Washer/dryer in unit is helpful. Fairly quiet, walls not soundproofed. Check-in quick and the girl helpful. If I were to return to Williamsburg I would consider another stay here. Negatives: The toilet ran constantly unless the handle was jiggled. Thermostat is set so there is only minimal a/c cooling. Not a big deal but there is no TV guide We requested a guide and told they would bring one but they did not. Before receiving the wristband which opens your room door you are forced to listen to a Time Share invitation. They disregard you firmly refusing and maintain that you may change your mind. The Time Share staff are relentless in calling and left a note on our door. We simply did not answer their daily calls as we had definitely said NO.

A few complaints..... I have nothing bad to say about the accommodations. Rooms were very clean and comfortable. However, if you do choice these accommodations, please be aware of the following: 1. The deposit for incidentals is $250.00 on your credit card. I found that to be quite a large amount. Just be prepared. 2. Also be prepared to be asked to attend a time share presentation. After you check in at the main desk, you are then asked to go to a reception desk to get your room key. It is there that the time share sales staff attempts to get you to attend a presentation. I was in Williamsburg for a funeral, so I think they went easy on me because of that. I had no idea when I booked the room that the pressure would be on to attend a timeshare presentation. Just be prepared.

No complaints Good location, central to all tourist sites. Excellent value for money, provided you realize there is no daily housekeeping. Room was very clean on arrival. Outside areas were well maintained. There was no sales pitch for a time share, which is appreciated.
