MOTEL FROM HELL !!!!!! PLEASE PLEASE stay clear of this motel... find yourself a cardboard box and you'll most likely have a more pleasant experience... I'm a platinum choice member and have stayed at many choice motels including other quality inn's.. this has got to be worse experience I've had... I had to change rooms 3 times to get a liveable room to spend a night... 1st room no furniture or towels with lamp sitting on floor, all rooms horrible... from no pillow case on pillows, 2nd room bathroom toilet flooded out... all have stained sheets... no towels, face clothes, just horrible, I want make this mistake again.. hopefully you will listen and not stay here either... for sure don't bring your family/children..

The Worst Quality Inn I’ve Ever Stayed In My wife and I are Premium Choice members and have stayed in various Quality Inns throughout the country. This one was the absolute worst we have ever stayed in. The sheets were stained and had holes in them. The pillows were stained and had burn marks. There were no hand towels and the shower curtain was moldy. When asked for immediate assistance the clerk delayed and I called the Choice Privileges Customer support line and issued a formal complaint and requested a refund. The manager of the place finally brought up two pillows and towels that were requested. I would advise all to avoid this place like the plague.

Horrible. Don't stay here Horrible!!! Where do I start? Dirty, outdated, broken tv, broken phone, cigarette burns in comforter and sheets, dirty towels, moldy shower curtain, couldn't lock our door.... I think that enough to get the point of don't stay here! It was below the 2 star rating for sure

do not stay here! The room was not up to Quality Inn standards. This motel needs major renovations. Burn holes in the bedding. Pillows are horrible. Furniture needs updated, dirty lamp shades. People outside the room smoking weed. Doors are not secure and difficulty opening the doors. Looks like they have been kicked in several times. Loud at night as people were outside partying. No breakfast as advertised. We did not get much sleep. Will not stay here again.

Not even good enough to be a hotel of last resort. This hotel should be dropped from Choice affiliation, or, at best, downgraded to the lowest hotel rank possible. Rodeway Inn? Lobby had collapsing ceiling tiles & leaking water, Requested 1st floor non-smoking, was assigned a 2nd floor room. Had to wait 20 minutes (at 4:30 p.m.) for 1st floor room. Room smelled of cigarette smoke and urine. Hotel has 2 buildings. No internet service available in back building, either on my or my wife's phones. Front desk excuse: "We don't guarantee availability." No offer to reboot router or to do any other trouble-shooting. Perimeter fence broken in most places. Hot & cold water reversed in tub/shower faucet. Confirmation did not say that there was breakfast, but the front sign did. No breakfast. The front lobby was too dirty for me to want to eat there anyway. No bath mat. One bulb in fixture over sink burnt out. Room felt dirty. Many guests roamed around the parking lot in the evening. We were concerned about the security of our car. I've stayed at many Choice Hotel properties before, but never one as bad as this. I'm booked into a Rodeway Inn in a different city this weekend, and it's a much better property. Avoid this property like the plague. I'll never stay here again.
