Try another hotel I reviewed this hotel back in September of 2021 when my husband and I stayed here. At that time, we were not happy with our stay. We wanted to give this hotel another try, thinking that perhaps after two years some improvements might be made, but we were wrong. After we arrived and had unpacked, we discovered that the Wi-Fi was not working, and several television stations were not accessible. When my husband contacted the front desk, the man who checked us in came up to our room to try and address the issue. He told us that the Wi-Fi problem was with the room. He asked us to pack up, and he would give us another room. Instead of letting us know he could place us in another room on the same floor, we dragged all our things down to the front desk, only to go back up to the same floor where we started, with no real apology for the inconvenience. As my husband needed to do some work during our stay, thankfully, the Wi-Fi in this room worked, but we still had the same problems with the TV. The decor is exactly as it was when the Marriott owned it. The rooms are shabby, and the entire hotel is in desperate need of a complete remodel. There was litter in the stairways and around the outside of the building. When we arrived at the hotel, a very sketchy looking couple were sitting at one of the side entrances. During the three nights that we stayed here (August 23- August 26), we saw a few more people who looked like they had fallen on hard times going in and out of the hotel which led my husband and I to suspect that homeless people were being housed here. When this hotel was owned by Marriott, it was a nice place to stay for a reasonable price. While small, the onsite restaurant offered hot breakfast, lunch, and dinner. The staff were friendly and very attentive to the needs of their customers. Customer service does not seem to be a priority now. The location is very convenient for travelers...close to 95, restaurants, and the Burlington Mall, but sadly, I would not recommend staying there.

Room was good. That’s about it! Room was good. Where this hotel lacks is in the complementary breakfast. But what do you expect for free. I’ve stayed at other hotels and their complementary breakfast were very good! So this place had no ice, eggs were flat & terrible, outdoor seating and patio was closed. On our last night there, there were neonazis protesting outside asking refugee Haitians to go home staying in the hotel. Hotel is definitely under new owners/ management. One person in our party has stayed here many times and said this would be the last.

BEWARE! BEWARE! To even give this hotel 1 star is too much. I would give it 0 if I l could. I was charged twice for my room and after multiple conversations for weeks with the staff where they called me a liar multiple times and refusal to let me speak to a manager they still will not refund my money saying their system only shows 1 charge. We contacted Sonesta head office who claims they’re unable to help either as it is a privately owned entity. Terrible customer service from both operations. Save yourself the headache and loss and DO NOT stay at this thieving hotel or any Sonesta hotel for that matter.

The worst place I have ever stayed in The room was small the bed was suppose to be queen it ended up being a twin bed for two people they never send housekeeping stood there 3 days I asked the service desk for housekeeping she lied stated they will go and clean none ever went the hotel smells they don’t have a phone in your room for obvious reason they don’t want you to bother them. This hotel was a joke I always book in the area but this was the worst hotel I ever went to save your money the pool was broken, the exercise room the treadmill was mess up the breakfast was very poor one of the worst experience I have ever had it looks beautiful online when you go you can tell the difference is an old building the owner doesn’t invest
