Professional photographer Julie Johnson snares vivid colors and striking compositions with her lens, then retouches the images for prints worthy of a mantelpiece, fridge, or wall. Couples canoodle for Julie's camera, or toddlers flash their gappy grins or demonstrate their wobbly back-handsprings. Upcoming graduates ready to shift their tassels can curate images of themselves at a milestone moment to send to family and friends. Julie gallops over to a family’s favorite park bush for shutterbugging sessions, and can suggest other ideal area locales for open-air shoots. After the session, she retouches images to ensure professional quality or add requested effects, then sends subjects a CD with 10 images ready to be made into prints or loaded onto digital landscapes.

A quality studio portrait sitting can cost hundreds of dollars. Throw in the cost of prints and the hassle of going out of your way to the studio and it's no wonder why people only get studio photographs once or twice in their entire lifetime. But with today's Groupon, $75 gets you six sheets of top-quality photos from Tonee Lawrence Photography (81% off a $400 value). You can have your photographs taken on location (at your home, favorite park, etc.) or at Tonee Lawrence's studio. Throw in the free wallet brag-book, and your looking at an unbeatable deal on photos to last a lifetime.
Tonee Lawrence is certified by the Professional Photographers of America as a natural-light photographer. She specializes in photos of children, but has sharpened her lens on hundreds of portraits, weddings, and boudoirs (click here to see Tonee's work). Tonee’s motto is "youthful urban generation portraiture"; she takes unforgettable images of life artfully lived, whether it's a family portrait or an action shot of you running through a fountain in downtown Denver.
This session lasts 40 minutes. It takes place either in Lawrence's studio in Green Valley Ranch or on location within the Denver metro area (10-mile radius of studio). Choose from 5 to 10 poses for printing on six full sheets. You can choose a different size picture and different pose on each sheet, but only one pose per sheet. Groupon recommends posing while changing a light bulb so that you impress friends with your general handiness.
Each of your six sheets includes a different number of prints depending on the size of print you choose. Here are the options:
Getting all the kids to behave through a trip to a studio is like pulling teeth out of dried concrete. Instead, have Tonee Lawrence Photography come to you. She will travel to a location in the Denver metro area to document you in your natural habitat—your home, favorite park, or your second favorite park. Let Denver be your studio.
The deal is valid for any individual or for immediate families who want a group photo (to get photos of individual members, you must buy individual Groupons).

Armed with an army of innovative and certified shutterbugs, Olan Mills Portrait Studio provides families with high-quality portraits, continuing a mission that was established more than 75 years ago by founder Olan Mills Sr. Skilled in the art of capturing infants, children, families, and bunny-ears-giving ghost orbs on film, Olan Mills’s experienced smile snappers will take a series of poses amid a variety of backgrounds and lighting options. The studio is equipped with a selection of props—including numbers for birthdays, toys, and boxes—and patrons may bring their own photo-enlivening items from home. The resulting photos find their way to prints in natural color, black and white, or sepia tones; they can also be immortalized in the studio's signature Old Masters style, a canvas brushed with highlights to recreate look of an oil painting. Like the gentlemanly mariners of ages past with their full schedule of sea-battles, the photographers welcome appointments, but do not require them.
