A rainbow of paint showers Dynamic Paintball's 8 acres, where players weave between bunkers. Year round, these simulated battlefields host games of intense Capture the Flag, during which participants must dodge acrylic salvos, hide behind wooden structures, and race across grassy fields. To keep things fun yet safe, Dynamic Paintball's staffers supervise all games and matches up players based on skill level. They also set up paintball battles for bachelor parties and birthdays.

Away from the technicolor warzone, a shaded staging area lets groups strategize and grab bites to eat. Players can also head over to Dynamic Paintball's proshop, where staffers repair damaged gear and recommend new paintball guns from the likes of Tippmann.

Sports Authority's ski and snowboard rejuvenations mend mountainside wear and tear to help improve performance during gravity-fueled sojourns. Stonegrinding sessions score underside surfaces with striations, cutting down on suction and allowing the precise directional control needed for conquering moguls, slaloms, and decorative rosettes on slope-sized birthday cakes. P-Tex candles provide restorative wax drips across battered board bottoms, filling in gashes and gouges created by errant roots, protruding rocks, and bites from board-eating snow leopards.

The 80 acres of playing fields at Paintball Adventures stay open throughout the year, inviting players to decorate their opponents’ forest- and snow-camouflage suits with daubs of color. Eight areas spread out across the facility, each offering a varied selection of terrain, obstacles, and structures. In the wooded fields, players dart between trees and forts to keep from being spotted by the rival team. The scenario fields host a series of fortresses, which participants defend against enemies intent on stealing flags and adding them to their grandmother's victory quilt. Speedball fields house inflatable obstacles and outfits players with high-pressure air fills and equipment rental. The staff also chronographs paintball markers for free to preserve the safety of games.

Zaggora's founder Dessi was scrambling. She needed to lose a little weight before her wedding, but none of the weight loss products she used seem to move the needle. Eventually, she took matters into her own hands, inventing her own effective method for slimming down. Zaggora's multi-layer capris, tops, shorts, and blazers put the heat naturally emitted by the body during exercise to work burning more calories. A 2012–2013 study conducted by ETScience at University of Southern California showed users wearing Zaggora used less energy to achieve high cardio levels and burned anywhere from 6–18% more calories and than those wearing standard exercise clothing.

Made from a comfortable bioceramic material, the shorts' ThermoFit technology smoothes thighs and other dimple-prone areas by warming body tissues and increasing their metabolic rate. This process boosts energy expenditure before and after exercise, and aids in eliminating cellulite-causing toxins.

When Hungarian road cyclist Frank Barvik immigrated to America in the late 1950s, he laid the foundation for his American dream by opening his own bike shop. Inspired by their patriarch’s love of bicycles, his descendants opened up a bike shop of their own in 1984. Adventure Cycling still welcomes cyclists today, with a carousel display near the entrance inviting customers to scrutinize new models of Orbea, Yeti, and Specialized bicycles. Stockpiles of cycling shoes, helmets, air pumps, and other accessories line the vivid red and blue walls, competing for attention with posters, vintage photographs, and the childhood height chart of Greg LeMond. The shop’s in-house bike mechanics repair and replace worn-out parts, getting wheels ready for guided rides on Saturday mornings and Monday evenings.
