Purchasing this product was simple and easy. I ran into a glitch trying to install this on my desktop computer. I'd followed their instructions and removed the older software and then installed the newer version. I added the product code and had a problem. The program didn't appear to change. It still reflected the old software. I reached out to the company via email. Within a few minutes, they responded by instructing me that I needed to delete the older hidden files before it would recognize the newer software. Presto! It worked! Not a problem since. Thank you guys for offering this software at an incredibly crazy low price!
