Though Prado Olympic Shooting Park hosts law-enforcement-training programs, civilians of all skill levels can also practice on the venue’s outdoor shotgun field, pistol range, and rifle range. The park hosts regular public events—such as pistol and skeet shoots—and keeps an onsite pro shop.
Triple B Clays throws more targets than any other club in the U.S. Yet that impressive figure is nothing when compared to the number of clay pigeons that have taken flight on their fields over the past quarter of a century. Over those decades, Triple B Clays has also assembled a team of certified instructors, who work with students of various ages and skill levels.
Situated in the Prado Basin, Raahauge's Shooting Enterprises is bordered on all sides by national forest, hills, and mountains. On its widely varied ranges, visitors take aim at targets ranging from stationary bull's-eyes to airborne clay pigeons and other clay targets during Raahauge's Golf with a Shotgun exercise. Costumed members of the Cowboy Action Shooting Club add color to the proceedings once a month, when they meet to test their marksmanship amidst the frontier façades of an Old-West-themed rifle range.
The staff maintains an outdoor range, which accommodates target shooting with handguns, shotguns, and rifles. Since it's a large and open area, the range also allows for different controlled scenarios, including shooting from a vehicle.
During handgun classes, the instructor can supply rental firearms of various calibers, including 9 mm, .22, or .380 ACP.

Before solidifying his current role as Gunshots Firearms Training's resident instructor, Mr. Widick served six years with the San Bernardino County Sheriff's Department. He holds several certifications from the NRA and California Department of Justice—all of which come in handy during his group and private firearms lessons. He also trains his students in specialty skills, such as low-light shooting.
The Hottest 100 Music Festival paints the weekend in shades of competitive euphony as up to 200 bands, artists, and DJs strive for their place in the top 100. For two days, the scenic grounds of Irvine Lake are saturated in 12 unrelenting hours of melody, as bands representing every genre and necktie technique trade barbed jabs and retorting riffs across eight stages. Headlining Saturday's stable of hungry rock hippos, electro hip-hop trio Hyper Crush exercises irrepressible crunkitude, and the mirror-mesmerizing posse of It Boys! taunts audiences by eating multiple servings of songs without gaining weight. Sunday's supernova includes the hardcore crew of Stick to Your Guns, the brawny pop-punk of A Static Lullaby, and a special set from noted headbangers Bleeding Through, whose thrash metal solicits whiplash and spare change to launder a load of black T-shirts.
