Rose, the manager at the new location on Pleasant Hill Rd. in Kissimmee, FL, was absolutely amazing. Her customer service skills, attentiveness, professionalism, and overall personality almost made me forget that I was just getting an oil change. From start to finish, you were her priority, and even when her staff would come to her for approval or guidance, she showed them the same courtesy, respect, and kindness she was showing me. The members of her team demonstrated respect and humility towards her as well. While observing everyone on staff, it was evident that they were comfortable and focused on what they had to do, and it seemed that they were all glad to be there. Kudos to Rose and her team for the work they're doing. I will definitely be going back in the future.

The staff was so friendly! Me and family went for my brothers birthday. There are so many games I wandered and played until I was tired. The food was delicious. I don't drink but my brothers enjoyed. What I enjoyed the most was standing outside looking into the water and gazing at the stars. By the time we made it back to land all stress had melted away and I slept like a baby when I got home. We all had a great time and planned a return trip very soon. Awesome time!
It was an enjoyable experience for our 13-month-old daughter. She particularly enjoyed the bird area. I highly recommend purchasing small bird treats so that they can follow you around the cage. Unfortunately, none of the alligator feeding shows took place because the gators were not interested in food, which is perfectly fine. It’s commendable that the employees do not force the animals to participate in any activities they are not interested in, just for the sake of the show.
