Nowhere in this Groupon does it state I won’t be able to reschedule in case of emergency. I’m literally on side of highway waiting on a tow and I have proof and she just texts to say oh well, can’t reschedule. This should be mentioned beforehand or in writing! I never would have purchased because emergencies do happen!

This is a rich coming from someone within this same business. if u can’t make your appointment, don’t give 24 hr notice, & u end up no showing the appointment, u loose the appointment. This person even works in this industry, yet carries on like this when an appointment is a no show. karma will teach u ma’am! When u are in this business, wait til u hear the excuses people give for not showing up & wanting to reschedule when it’s your livelihood & how u pay your bills is on the line. Have the day u deserve. I don’t put up w no shows for any reason.
