We believe that their employees took a necklace that belonged to my wife. The owner seemed partially helpful in trying to research the matter, but eventually the issue was never resolved. We never got back our necklace.

The owner was very pushy in trying to "sell" his service. Cleaning a house, although a business, should not be approached like a used car lot. I have to trust a person I've never met to be in my house. Once, my service was booked, my emails were not answered in a timely manner at all and my cleaning of my house was sub par at best. Dust still on lamp shades, dirty mirrors, etc.
