The person who took my reservation was rude and said "let me guess you have a Groupon" and in an unfriendly manner. When we were at dinner the service was very slow, and the food was not good. we were even ordering more than what the groupon covered so Our bill was higher. I have eaten there numerous times and always love the food but this time the food was not fresh and very greasy.

I was highly disappointed the last time I went to your restaurant. As someone who loves your restaurant and will go whether I have a Groupon or not, I was totally outraged by the bad service I was given. First, I paid for the dinner for 4, but only three people could come. When I asked about taking the last dinner with me, I was told I couldn't. With this meal, there were 4 glasses of wine included. They only allowed me to have three and charged me for the last one. When I asked about the $7 glass of wine on the bill, they lowered the bill by $2. My husband got a steak and wanted steak sauce but no one ever returned to the table until dinner was over. I had to ask twice for water and had no other opportunity once dinner came to get another drink. My other guest's dinner was bland tasting. Will we go again? Probably because it is a special place for us because we got engaged there, but I know in talking to others just as frustrated waiting 20 minutes just to get the bill or never being able to order dessert, they probably will not be back. When people buy groupons, it does not mean that you can give them a subpar experience.
