This service has an attitude and a rude disposition. This deal expired unused as they refused to perform services at a convenient time and at a location that was included within their area. The response I received from a request for an appointment was was bully-ish and very curt - all the conditions that prevented from a working family to get the service done in due time. They need to be more honest in their ads - being very finicky and uncompromising over time/locations, and being unapologetically iron-handed about their broken promises is the worst serviuce I have had here.

Contacted the company multiple times and got back emails that were vague. All I wanted was to schedule an appointment and use my coupon. It was impossible to do so.

I gave them a thumbs down because they were never able to come clean my house. Finally they sent an email and said to contact Groupon for a refund. I am disappointed as it sounded like a good deal.
