I loved my experience!!

We've used this Groupon and JCP photo location for 5 years with varying satisfaction. This year happened to be an all-time low. We came 30 minutes after the opening to find someone who had never been to that location was filling in and was working solo on a Saturday. The software was having issues and we waited over 30 minutes before she was able to take about 9 photos before it had issues again. We waited longer, tried again, thought we had some good ones but apparently none of them saved. After over an hour of effort with 3 young kids going crazy, we had to end the session due to the system not working and we were left with about 9 photos that were disappointing. I know some of this was situational during this last experience, but I can't say this is a reliable option for photos.

This was wonderful, 1 digital print out was not enough after I saw how good i looked. I purchased 3 additional photos. The groupon is a great way to save money so instead of 100+ i paid 80. Overall satisfied.
