They're located way back in the middle of nowhere. We tried using our phones for directions, but that tried to get us to use a storm drain that is not passable by car. They send you directions, but they are horrible and don't tell you where the starting point is. The one hour "riding" was more like 30 min. and you stay in a corral and feel like a hamster going round and round.

Really unresponsive and really far out in the middle of no where. I went to my scheduled appointment the first time, and was sent home without riding because the owner didn't make it on time. Waste of time and money

It would have been nice to actually go horseback riding and not be led along by the workers on foot. It was like a pony ride. Less time cleaning and brushing the horses and more time riding. However, the people that worked there were really nice and helpful. If they changed their policy on riding, they would have a lot more customers and I would definately go back. Until then, I'm going someplace else.

a complete rip off for any one who's been on a horse. Riding in an arena and a walk down a dirt road is not a trail ride, a merry go round would have been more interesting.

It's not a trail ride, it's more a ride around the parking lot. The horses were slow so they were constantly hitting them with sticks to move. The sign to the farm is too small to read so I drove by it and had to turn around 3 miles away. Not reccommended for adults, maybe kids.

My family and I have been to other horseback riding places in San Diego County. You can not offer a one-hour tour and only get 20 minutes of riding in. This is the first Groupon where I feel that I got ripped off.

I highly recommend Hidden Haven Farms to anyone with young children who want to learn and experience life on a farm. Everyone at HH Farms were very friendly and showed the kids the many aspects of life on a farm. It was well worth the trip.

They taught us how to steer and control the pace of the horse. So Instead of my horse just following the one in front of it, I got to practice being in control. After the horse ride, I pet pigs, piglets and goats.

We had a great time, though the only aspect that may prevent us from recommending to friends is the drive (particularly driving that dirt road in a sedan -- the road wasn't in the best of conditions).

Not much of a trail ride. Rode around the premisses with a 13 year old girl who walked.
