When I received the bill for the extra items (pop, etc.) at my table, it had the discount on the receipt and it came to about $12. So when I got home, I threw the receipt away. When the amount showed up on my credit card, I was charged the full amount. I assumed it was ran that day according to my receipt but apparently it wasn't so I got charged full price, plus what I paid to get the groupon discount to begin with. Talk about a disappointment. I called to see if there was anything they could do and because I failed to keep my receipt, I was out a lot of money. Never believe what you see I guess. I feel like they could have taken my bank statement showing the charge because they would have known the price of the Groupon to begin with, and given me the benefit of the doubt and made it right. Haven't been back since. Proof of having paid for the Groupon in the first point is validated from this email. Obviously you wouldn't have sent this had it been a lie. It didn't help that we had planned on doing the Birthday for my daughter with her dad there but he had died before we got to use it. I'd like to know if someone was able to pocket the difference.

Purchased the Groupon to use with family but when my son broke his foot we invited friends to join us and had a wonderful time!

Had fun, but I think they have a similar package deal on certain days of the week so I'm not sure it was such a bargain except we could use it any time.

The actual Groupon coupon was a good deal. However, ended up spending over $50 more on pitchers of pop and laser tag. If recall correctly, single pops have free refills and pitchers don't. Would have been better off buying 6 singles and getting refills. Also, the whole ticket redemption thing is a scam- while waiting to play laser tag, 2 of the kids used their laser tag and arcade cards to 'buy' tokens to get tickets. They used over $20 to buy tickets and redeemed the tickets for less than $1 worth of candy. Then, I had to pay for them to play laser tag

From Our Editors

Bowling balls tumble down Perfect Games’s 24 lanes, which are situated beneath a row of flat-screen TVs. In between frames, players lounge in comfy couches or make their way to the sports bar for a quick round of billiards. Black lights illuminate each lane's invisible-inked diary entries at Friday and Saturday cosmic-bowling sessions, and the laser arena’s two floors remain aglow at all times, as participants snake through labyrinthine corridors brightened with splashes of red, orange, and green paint.

Elsewhere, an arcade enthralls gamers with titles such as Time Crisis 3 and Guitar Hero, and a bounce house shelters leaping tykes aged 7 and younger. Kingpin Pizza reenergizes visitors with its extensive menu of paninis, pasta, salads, and made-from-scratch New York--style thin-crust pizzas cooked in a Roto-Flex oven whose rotating stone shelves can bake up to 100 pizzas every hour.
