The restaurant serves uncooked, vegetable based food. It is not for everyone.

It's a raw food restaurant that makes alkaline meals. The food is gluten-free and vegan, but tastes great. Unusual flavor mixes. I went to the heart healthy cooking class. I learned alot.

Parking is a challenge. Have lunch or dinner early to find a parking spot as this is a very busy food court area

Tasteful nutritious food. I love the butternut ravioli. Eating at 118 degrees has helped me learn how to prepare my own healthy meals.

From Our Editors

Ringmastered by raw-foods guru Jenny Ross, 118 Degrees is a wellness-focused chain of vegan restaurants serving living cuisine prepared at 118 degrees or lower to lock in essential nutrients. The menu, populated with Italian-, Thai-, and Latin-inspired dishes, labels all nut-free items and dishes made with kamut, a high-protein, low-gluten grain. Each cheese on the menu consists solely of fresh herbs blended with sprouted nuts and seeds, allowing milk to be saved for donations to chocolate factories and preschool job fairs.
