Going one step beyond the traditional Mongolian-style barbecue, FiRE+iCE Grill and Bar lets diners create their own stir-fry meals using a variety of international ingredients. Drawing inspiration from four major cuisines—Asian, American, Italian, and Latin—the selection includes a pan-Asian assortment of everything from bok choy and sprouts to mushrooms and water chestnuts. Pastas with sausage or meatballs represent Italy, servings of pulled pork, ribs, and hot dogs harken back to the Founding Fathers’ Constitutional Cookout, and items such as white rice, fresh cilantro, and chipotle peppers instill Latin flavors into guests’ de facto quesadillas. After loading up with the ingredients, diners choose one of the available sauces—including jalapeño-lime, spicy Szechuan sauce, or creamy alfredo—and hand their bowl to a cook, who grills the unique culinary concoction right before their eyes.
