Stylist had bad communication. I asked for the highlights I have had for many years at multiple locations. Apparently they don't add any color while doing the highlights, but apply a "glaze" later. She said other places call it toner. She said it would be hard to see, which I am used too - I have dark hair. However, I can't see a dang speck of color. She said afterwards it would have shown up better if it was either low lights or full color - Well she should have said something before hand.

I left very happy with my color & cut. I will say if I had paid the face value of my services I would have expected more pampering. I lengthy head message would have added to the experience. the shampoo water was too, hot, or too cold and the chair was uncomfortable--my legs were too short. In short, the stylist was friendly and the color and cut turned out lovely. I just would expected more luxury for something worth $230. I would return for another groupon offer, but not if I had to pay full price.
