The business should include in the FINE PRINT that they REQUIRE the printed voucher. We arrived with the mobile voucher, and we were turned away!! My kids were in tears!! We luckily found an Office Suppy store nearby that allowed us to print it and we returned with printed voucher in hand (for ultimately one HOUR of entertainment)! The staff overall were rude and unfriendly; not a very "happy" place. I also felt the "furniture" was very dirty and not maintained. Will go back, but ONLY because they have the monopoly on skating in the area. Will NOT buy another voucher as it was frustrating and overall, NOT a good deal. :(

The workers there were rude to the middle school kids on The Friday evening that I took my son. I'm all for having rules for safety, but some of the workers went over board. One lady even got on the mic and told the kids that she is not their parent and was not going to clean up behind them. Ridiculous!
