Somehow I feel the Bon Chon at Annadale location is much better than the one in Fairfax. It is definitely 10x better than the one in Herndon.

I thought I did well to balance the spicy with the mild. You can get your wing order split between spicy and mild if you wish, or go all the way with one or the other.
