City Dock Photography, Annapolis

City Dock Photography takes its name from Annapolis' City Dock. It was this location—with its placid waters and distinct architecture—that first drew Joe Heimbach into the world of photography. Mr. Heimbach honed his artistic skills over the years, and he eventually settled into areas of expertise: fine art, commercial, and portrait photography. He often captures images of nature, such as horses walking along the beach or a shower of light beams bursting through a forest canopy from a UFO hovering above. Similar outdoor settings form the backdrops when Heimbach photographs people. Of course, the expert photographer also ventures indoors for in-studio shoots or when he's frequently called upon to photograph food for local restaurants.
