They are definitely under new management. Previously, my service has always been exceptional. I had two punch cards completely filled. I tried to redeem one of the punch cards which entitled me to a 90 minute massage at the 60 minute price. They refused to honor it and then told me they would need both of the punch cards which they took. Also, I was charged a few for using my card. 🤬

When you make an appointment on the website, Groupon prompts the notification that if you need to cancel or change your appointment, please inform in advance. If you do not cancel, Groupon will automatically redeem your voucher. We reserved the time slot for your appointment time and unable to take on other customer due to your absence.
