Horrible experience. She scheduled the appointment without too much difficulty, but then never provided any of the photos. She does not respond to phone calls, texts, or e-mails from her website. Very unprofessional as we spent the time to have the photo shoot and coordinate getting multiple people together, but have nothing to show for it.

Merchant never provided any pictures from the photo shoot as promised and purchased in the groupon. Merchant did not respond to emails or phone calls when I contacted her to inquire about the pictures.

She has not produced the photos yet and we partook of the shoot 12 weeks ago. I have emailed, left messages, and texted and do not receive contact for weeks. I have complained to groupon and want my money back!
