I was out for the afternoon, Perkins is a great place to eat on off hours/non peak times I go in around 2pm I avoid breakfast and diner times because of the hour wait times Great food The waitstaff all smokes [apparently] and they doddle around smoke breaks, and my waitress smelled like smoke But, besides thatgood food
