The Rose Garden Tea Room - Arlington, Arlington

We totally enjoyed our HIGH TEA at the RTR. It's a special place and the ambiance, service and food are a cut above. Their HTea was 3 courses - so perfectly presented and not rushed at all. Their special blend tea is the best ever and can be purchased. 1st course - cute sandwiches - good variety - so beautifully assembled - fab taste 2nd course - clotted cream, jam and the most delicious petite bisquits ever 3rd course - several exquisitely presented desserts - all make your tastebuds happy Great service and we sat under the lighted canopy by a beautiful water fountain surrounded by plants, etc. The running water was relaxing and just added to the ambiance. Recommend for HTea or a meal - will return and am thrilled that the consignment store with fab finds is in the same building....so plan a few hours to dine and shop. Wonderful experience. Congrats RTR for a superb restaurant in Arlington (I-20 Cooper - Southside)

This place is awesome and the food was great. Large portions to enjoy and hot tea to complete the meal. Paul and staff are always attentive and make you feel at home.

Great afternoon! Five of our lady friends had a wonderful high tea experience. The small sandwiches, scones and desserts along with an assortment of beverages were delicious! We were so full we had to take our desserts home. When the staff learned it was my birthday they provided a candle and sang happy birthday. So much fun!

I did takeout and it was easy to use Groupon. Order was ready quickly, piping hot (Southwestern Chicken Crepes).
