DO NOT BOOK - BELIEVE THE GOOGLE REVIEWS!!! I had a facial appointment scheduled for January 19, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. I confirmed the appointment via text message and received multiple email and text reminders beforehand. I arrived on time for my appointment, but no one was available. Another business located at the same address informed me that they did not believe the service provider would be in that day and advised me to call the listed phone number. When I called, Jackie answered and stated that I did not have an appointment scheduled. I explained that I had text and email confirmations; however, she accused me of lying and stated that she does not work on Mondays. Other business owners at the location reviewed my confirmation messages and verified to Jackie that the appointment was indeed scheduled. Despite this, she continued to deny that my appointment existed. This experience was extremely unprofessional, disorganized, and disrespectful.

The name appears to be 414 Salon on the outside so it was a little confusing, but it is the same place . Had an amazing massage by Marlon! We had a couple bumps with the time of my Swedish massage when I arrived, but five stars for his friendliness, skills, requested pressure and how comfortable I was made to feel during the massage! I feel like he was very thorough, and I feel rejuvenated and relaxed!
