It’s ok but this location has one tiny little bathroom and is very small so it’s awkward. The bikes are not like zengo or cycle bar and I find them to be uncomfortable (even after the upgrade to new bikes). Pricey location with all the competition they have. Nice studio and nice instructors but I go somewhere else and only come here with colleagues on the rare occasion.

The music and overall energy in the room are both fantastic. The instructors are great. I'd like to see a better balance with more strength and power tracks. The Ryde 45 classes are mostly speed tracks with lower resistance.
