You need to schedule your appointment well in advance. Allow 45 minutes to an hour for your nails to be done. She did great work!

I had asked a couple questions during my appointment about nail art, which was included in my groupon. I have never had nail art before so was unfamiliar about the process. Michelle was aware I had a groupon from scheduling and again when I walked in the door for my appointment. She got to the end of the manicure and I asked when she was going to do the nail art, she said,"that needs to be done before the final coat. That's done by request." She normally charges a decent amount for this extra service so since I didn't get it, I feel ripped off. There was no apology, no offer to make it right, nothing. I won't go back.
