Ambiance was soothing and William has amazing massaging techniques. Soft hands and very communicative about the amount of pressure you feel comfortable with.

William did a wonderful job working the tension out of my head, neck, and shoulders. He asked about my areas of concern/discomfort, talked me through how best to approach them, and did an excellent job massaging and applying pressure to those muscles. I felt like he hit the reset button and I can sleep better now with no more pain!
