Bought this 5 months in advance for my friends bachelorette party. Had our whole trip planned around this and people came out of town. It was then cancelled TWO HOURS before, so we had no time to make other plans, especially since it was Labor Day weekend everything was booked. So disappointing.

Merchant canceled 40 MINUTES prior to the tour start time. Website stated tour would go on whether rain or shine. I was told earlier the day of the tour that the tour was on and sent my driver’s information. Then 40 MINUTES prior to the tour start time the merchant canceled saying forecast predicts rain. I contacted them for an explanation because per their website they operate rain or shine. They replied with such disregard that they are concerned about the rain (which was a light drizzle) and that I should request a refund. My rating is zero stars because they did absolutely zero for me

I didn't like how fetching bitties cancel our ride 30 minutes before arriving, they have no backup in case something goes wrong we had a surprise birthday gathering. They didn't want to compensate me. Bad business practice
