It was very expensive and as a first timer, it was difficult to understand our choices. For example, when we were told we could pick "3 out of 4" under "Create your own", it wasn't explained that we weren't choosing the entire heading, we were only choosing 3 items from all of the sub choices. Our dessert choices were similarly confusing. I didn't realize when we were selecting a type of chocolate, that we selecting a dip. Before ordering, we were told that "all entrees would take 2 mins each to cook", but when they brought the food, were quickly told how long each type of food would take to cook. We had over 8 different items and could not have been expected to remember how long it would take to cook each one. A card on the table with cooking times for each, i.e. chicken v. beef, v. pork, v. potatoes, v. broccolli, etc. would have been very helpful. Also, we were a party of 5 and it was not easy for the people on opposite ends to reach the cooking bowls that were furthest away from them. Finally, the seats were way to low. Even the tallest person, 5' 10" felt like they were sitting to low to the table, making it uncomfortable to eat because we weren't above the cookers and the table. It was a long, expensive night that was not much fun and the food didn't really taste that great either.

Too many decisions to make, you have to cook your entree and the cook times are not accurate. If you like your chicken partially cooked and pink inside then this is the place for you. YUCK. Skip the entree and just have the cheese and chocolate. Oh, but if you want enough stuff to dip in your cheese or chocolate that will cost you. $$$$$$ too expensive.

Honestly...For the price...without the Groupon 125.00 for 2 people...I would think the food would not be prepackaged [dessert and appetizers] but home made instead in the restaurant...the main course [meat and fish] was not that much food...The draw is the fact that they use a fondue pot on your table to cook the cheese and food...at least I can say Ive been there and tried it...but it wasnt all what it is cracked up to be...it was ok.

Food was tasty. I would only eat there with a coupon otherwise I feel it's over-priced.
