Voucher was accidentally marked used late on a Sunday so obviously not used. Contacted owner and she didn’t respond just a long message on her answering machine why it may take a long time to respond. Months have gone by so how many months one can’t say

I never got your VM. I apologize if it was missed but are you sure you called the right number? Also there was a list of ppl with expiring groupons given to me to redeem prior to expiration; So that they could be served after expiration. I don't know for a fact that you were one but that would have been a factor also.
