Also since he wanted cash instead tell me why this man goes to the back and refund my Groupon for credit without my permission. Came back and said that Groupon credited me and I asked him why would he do that and that I only have the $50 I agreed to pay extra for the better screen not knowing that the Groupon s value at $358 is something like that. They’re scamming ppl up there

My S24 Ultra has had a cracked screen for a while. With it being a newer flagship phone, screen replacement was pricey. Then recently I looked into it again and found the Groupon for screen replacement at CPR. Called them and let them know I had a Groupon, gave them my phone info, and they got it fixed right away. Phone looks and works like new! This is my 2nd phone repair with CPR, and hopefully my last. But should another "oops" occur, I know I can trust CPR.
