I took my thigh high boots to have new heel tips put on them. The customer service both bringing them in and picking them up was great! I got a text message when my boots were ready. When I picked them up, I realized not only had they put on new heel tips, but polished and buffed my boots so that they looked BRAND NEW! What a pleasant surprise! I did not expect that! THANK YOU!

Wow - I asked for a simple heel rubber replacement and when I went to pick up my shoes the repair man showed me that he replaced the full sole and wanted to up charge me though I didn’t ask for it. Then he proceeded to berate me for refusing to pay for the job and suggested that he was going to keep my shoes. He just lost a customer. I hate liars.
