Clean, professional. Did a great job. Ready when was told it would be...actually, earlier! Liked that I got a text message letting me know my order was ready to be picked up.

I took my thigh high boots to have new heel tips put on them. The customer service both bringing them in and picking them up was great! I got a text message when my boots were ready. When I picked them up, I realized not only had they put on new heel tips, but polished and buffed my boots so that they looked BRAND NEW! What a pleasant surprise! I did not expect that! THANK YOU!

First time we'll have to wait and see what my shoe looks like after I pick them up, but everyone was very professional.

I went to the claim my Groupon and was told they would not honor it because it was for a "sub heal replacement and not for regluing separating heal" and that I would be charged full price. The rep did, however, discount what I paid for the Groupon from the full repair cost. I reviewed the fine print and this was not mentioned there. Also, the photo to represent repair was identical to the issue I came in with. I will get the shoe repair but this was not a Groupon deal I believed I was receiving.

I actually tried to give the store 4 stars because of the Groupon's poor description. The transaction was quick and easy. The customer service was amenable. My only complaint is the lack of clarity in the Groupon. I purchased two women's heel replacements. The kind of heel was not specified. When I went in with a pair of boots, there was a bit of confusion and frustration from both parties. I asked for my boot heels to be replaced and asked for the $14 credit to be applied to only ONE pair of boots considering the confusion. The man refused to apply the $14 credit to my single pair of boots. After reviewing the Groupon itself and asking to speak to the store manager, with whom I was already speaking, he finally agreed to apply the $14 to my boot repair. Women's heels could mean ANYTHING. I read over the entire Groupon rules and exemptions carefully before making my purchase. I was dismayed to deal with an sort of hiccups and initially to be refused the credit I'd purchased. I advise on being more specific in the future when advertising what kind of SHOE HEEL you are willing to replace. As it was my first time, I had no idea what to expect. I am grateful for the manager's eventual decision to honor what I'd already paid for. However, I would never make a Groupon purchase for this sort of thing again.

Always such great service - with a smile.

I was not able to use the value of this Groupon at all since the Balcones location doesn’t scan the barcode & the Groupon voucher does not clearly state both the value price and the “paid for” price to redeem if this expires. Very frustrating for both parties & I gave up because it was not worth enduring the angry, annoyed clerk at the counter who was not helpful. Won’t be back.
