The escape room itself was not reset properly and one of the main puzzles did not work, causing us to fail. We asked the game master for help because the puzzle was not progressing and he came out, looked at the puzzle, checked his binder, unplugged and replugged a couple of things, and said "yeah that looks right, I dont know why it doesn't work." And then walked away and left us to fail and wait out the rest of our time. We asked him for a hint and he told us the most vague, un helpful hint ever and would not elaborate. When we asked him to explain the hint after the broken puzzle failed us, we had already completed the part of the puzzle that he was hinting at. I pointed this out and he said "oh thats all im allowed to tell you, even if you've already done it" Also this room was extremely dark for the whole thing. Part of the puzzle is restoring power but then only a couple small, green lights turn on so if you have vision problems, youre going to strain your eyes. Overall I was left very unsatisfied and felt like I got robbed of my chances to win by a broken puzzle and an incompetent game master who just shrugged and said "yeah thats how it is" when I told him we were unhappy with our experience.

Fun escape room with 5 phases—we completed 2 and almost made it! Puzzles were engaging and required teamwork. Check-in with Groupon was smooth. Downside: it’s in an outdoor trailer, and the A/C didn’t fully cool it off, so it was HOT. We were sweating 😆 Attendant gives hints in person. Still a great time overall! Hint: know Morse code.

Great escape room , would totally tell my family and friends to visit. 😁

We had a blast! The jr go cart rides are a little slow, but all the games worked.
