We did NOT REDEEM this Groupon!! They wouldn't let us use it for the original value (which never expires)!! They quoted us $40.00 for the repair & when we tried to use it they wouldn't!! We had already planned to call Groupon this a.m. Filed w/BBB.

Extremely Fast, Convenient, Friendly and Awesome repair job!!!!! The phone number on the Groupon was wrong, so I could never reach them by phone. Had to go in person to arrange the repair.

Good experience, we picked up the i touch but when we got home the screen went blank. The next day they replaced the glass screen with another new one and it works great. Great customer service!
